To qualify for this satisfaction, guarantee, Students must notify Guruvise that they are unhappy with their first session by email or phone within 48 hours of the session’s scheduled finish time, giving their reasons for their dissatisfaction;
Guruvise reserves the right to determine whether a valid claim of dissatisfaction stands and not to make the goodwill payment if the student has failed to comply with any of these terms and conditions.
